Acumen, LLC is a company dedicated to providing psychotherapy and counseling services to the greater Boulder and Denver metro area.
I am a licensed psychotherapist having worked in the greater Boulder and Denver area over the past 8 years. I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents age 18-39 on a variety of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. I also specialize in group therapy and family psychotherapy for the same ages. I am currently also running post-graduate supervision groups for master's level clinicians who are seeking licensure. Finally, I have begun a practice working with adolescent men and their families primarily to address drug and alcohol problems as well as other lifestyle choices. My teammate and I bring the two aspects of coaching and psychotherapy into the work and combine over a decade of experience together.
