Sierra Montana Assisted Living is a choice for seniors who want to live and feel right at home. When you walk through our front doors, you are walking into your own home! We offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere just like granny's house! You will find our home very clean, open, well furnished and most importantly comfortable. We are located right off the I-10 freeway at Avondale Boulevard & McDowell Road. Our home is a residential home in a residential neighborhood customized to provide top notch care! Our activities are options for each resident based on their own individual preference and ability. Each resident has the option of having their very own room or sharing with one other room mate. Our home really belongs to the residents!
