About Parents & Friends, Inc.
Parents and Friends, Inc. (PAF), supports the developmentally and physically disabled, as well as, the elderly of La Porte County Indiana.
Parents and Friends, Inc. (PAF), has served adults with developmental disabilities in La Porte County since 1976. Expanding in 2000, they also assist seniors through the Council on Aging.
Our mission is to provide encouragement and enhancement of personal development, independence, and quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities and assistance to seniors with caring, well-coordinated, community-based support systems.
Our Services include Residential Programs, Community Living Programs and our Council on Aging Division Services to assist the elderly of La Porte County with transporation needs, escort services for the frail and guardianship extended for the developmentally disabled, mentally ill, or incapacitated adults due to abuse, neglect or lack of advocates.
