WWR is prefabricated in a controlled factory environment using automated resistance welding machines equipped with the latest computer software.

Through the process known as "cold working" WWR is able to achieve higher yield strengths recognized by both the ACI building code and ASTM manufacturing specification, resulting in overall material savings of up to 25%.
