For over 30 years Cal J. Potter, III has represented the little guy

elsewhere. He first became involved with F. Lee Bailey in wrongful death cases in the MGM Fire and with Melvin Belli in
the Tailhook litigation at the Hilton Hotel. He has also represented many families in after they have lost a loved one as a result of police misconduct and civil rights violations. He has also developed expertise in the area of Traumatic Brain Injury and negligent security matters. Mr. Potter has also received further recognition as a criminal defense attorney. He is one of the few attorneys to have received a million dollar verdict and a not guilty in a first degree murder case. He argued a death penalty case in the US Supreme Court.
