Our company, only ten years old, but with 40+ properties and 1,500 units, has grown through broker referrals and because other satisfied investors tell their friends about us.
Some of our owners take a very hands-on approach and we meet once a month to discuss the progress of the property. We see other owners only once a year in January when we make a point of visiting with all owners, even out of state at our expense, to discuss goals and other budget issues.
