Ay Sushi, I want the restaurant to be a place for spending time to eat, talk, and to have a solitary time in a space for hiding and relaxing. If there is good music to soothe and act as a lullaby that is much better! Then we are concerned about our foods to serve. We Japanese peopel are proud of quality food. I think the quality is made up of freshness, persistence, presentation in all services, and hard work . We try to make an effort to approach the criteria above with good servers.
