Better Yourself PT | New York in-home and facility based physical therapy specializing in rehabilitation and fall prevention.
Better Yourself PT provides physical therapy to patients at risk for falls and those who simply prefer the safety and convenience of in-home treatment. Our therapists travel throughout New York City and bring all the experience and training necessary to treat a variety of ailments. We do not work with heavy equipment or have expensive machinery, but instead utilize the environment around you to challenge and strengthen you. We specialize in fall prevention, but also provide treatment for a multitude of other conditions.
In addition to in-home treatments, we have a facility for those patients that require more robust rehabilitation. Our office is located in the ACUMA facility at 314 East 30th St., New York, NY 10016.
