I am a trainer and supervisor of therapists in Trauma Resolution and Authenticity Therapy, my own protocol for treatment that I also teach to my clients for self-help. I provide actual and quick healing for phobias, traumas, depression, anxiety and other mental-emotional and relational disorders. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, and this skill is instrumental in ensuring long-term help for my clients.
I believe one's relationship to one's Self is at the foundation of all health, physical, emotional and relational. I help my clients establish and maintain self-love through the honing of self-parenting skills: attention to one's body and feelings, self-soothing, communication with one's Self and effective self-help.
