Epiphany Manor is specially designed to provide a comfortable, trouble-free lifestyle. Fully equipped one-bedroom and studio apartments give each resident the independence of his/her own home.
If you are at least 62 years of age or have physical limitations and meet eligibility requirements set forth by Carteret Management Corporation and the income requirements established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development you may qualify to live at Epiphany Manor. Couples are welcome.
Rent is based on your income. Rent is approximately 30% of monthly income with an allowance for the cost of electricity.
