About Personal Affects
I have been a personal trainer since 1997. I am ACE certified as well as I have many other accreditations.
I have many expertises in the field of training, from special populations, older adults and balance and longevity wellness specialist to name a few. I am a recent amputee due to natural causes, that is when I truly realized the value of core and stability work-outs. It made my recovery seem effortless!
I enjoy working with all age groups and I work with each client as an individual to help them meet their personal goals.
I can teach you how to safely exercise in a controlled environment. Learn how to use all your muscles to gain real strength to keep you steady on your feet, even when I keep you unsteady to teach you!
