After we clean the homeowner can keep it up with a minimal amount of effort on their part and when they start to see dirt again call us back usually takes 6 to 12 months to get dirty again. We are liciensed Bonded and carry Workman's Comp. and Liability Insurances, which as you all know if accidents happen at your Residence or Commercial place your insurance is not used MINE is. To me this is so important for peace of mind and risk free cleaning for all customers.
