It is our belief that the majority of the musculoskeletal pain that patients suffer is a result of faulty biomechanics due to tight joints soft tissues, and shortened muscles. This occurs because of the way our bodies are designed, they adapt to our environment. Sitting in constrained positions for long periods of time promote tissue shortening and our body adapts accordingly. Muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue become short, dehydrated and eventually permanently shorter until some event or activity changes this scenario.
