About Kenosha Cemetery Association
Provides grave, mausoleum crypt, and columbarium niche burials.
Green Ridge is the oldest cemetery in Kenosha County, established in 1838 when Senator Charles Durkee donated the land to the city upon the death of his wife Catherine. Green Ridge is a non-profit 501(c)(13), active cemetery providing single or multiple plot graves, and single or double columbarium niches. Our mausoleum is full.
Green Ridge is next to and accessible from St. James Catholic Cemetery. Dividing Line Road runs east and west dividing Green Ridge to the north from St. James to the south. Both are shown as one cemetery when you click on the Map tab at the top of the page.
