With more than 30 years of experience we serve your custom and inspected needs. We have moved to this facility since 2004 where we slaughter, process and offer other products. We handle Beef, Pork, Lamb, Buffalo, and Wild Game throughout the year. We offer great products to our clients like custom hams and bacon, Jalapeno and Cheese Salami, jerky, barbecue hogs and great sausages. We are open 8-5 Monday through Friday and 8 - noon on Saturday. We are open 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week during wild game season
