We encourage brides to attend 3 sessions a week anywhere from 4-6 months prior to the wedding day depending on each brides specific goals. Brides are also able to attend as many sessions as they want at any location.
Each session will be 60 minutes long and no two workouts will ever be the same! One of the keys to sticking with a workout routine is to keep it fresh and exciting, and at our boot camps we promise fun and excitement every time. A typical session can/will include plyometics, strength training, interval training, sprint and agility drills, cardio, kickboxing, stretching and much more.
All you will need is your paperwork, a pair of 5-pound hand weights, yoga mat, water and towel. Please remember to bring plenty of water because fountains are not always available. Dr
