I have now opened my very own Shaping U & Ongoing, Indoor, Fit 4 U Boot Camp in Pelham, right off the Tanks Exit! 1811 MCcain pkwy 35124. Shaping U is also pleased to present " Fit 4 U Boot Camp" that brings personal training to the next level. Pelham based group training for weight loss and fitness results to get your body looking amazing and toned! Fit 4 U Boot Camp is being called a reputable, worldwide, & unstoppable fitness formula and Alabama's first real indoor and ongoing boot camp. Classes being held each 45 min. from 530 am-10 am...12 noon...and then from 530pm to -830pm weekly. Our Gym also has the best Shaping U- personal training program, our bonus service feature.
