Gymnastics is recognized as one of the finest developmental activities for a child. Gymnastics enhances coordination, as well as advancing motor skills, which prepares and sets a foundation for other sports a child may pursue. It is a positive method of developing discipline while being both exciting and challenging. Our coaching staff is exceptional, with six coaches with over 25 yrs. of experience, plus one being a USAG judge. The focus of the CRSG staff is not only to have fun and form your child into a gymnast; it's about leadership, setting goals, and life lessons. All coaches are USAG, CPR, and safety certified. Background checks are conducted every two years on every coach. Our facility includes over 8,000 sq. ft. of USA gym-tested equipment.
